How long do Chrome Claws last?
With proper prep and application, your Chrome Claws will last 1–3 weeks. Whether you’re wearing them for everyday glam or a one-night moment, they stay secure with the right care.

Are they reusable?
Yes. Every set is designed to be reused multiple times. Gently remove them, clean off any glue using acetone or a buffer, and store them safely back in their case.

How do I apply them?
Each order includes everything you need: glue, prep tools, and instructions. Quick version:

Wash and dry hands thoroughly
Push back cuticles and lightly buff natural nails
Wipe nails with alcohol to remove oils
Match each press-on to your sizing kit results
Apply glue, press firmly for 30 seconds per nail

How does sizing work?
Instead of guessing sizes, you order a sizing kit in your chosen shape and length. We send you a full set of sample nails so you can physically test each size on your own nails. Once you’ve found your perfect fit, you simply enter your sizes when placing your order.

This ensures a precise, custom fit every time.

What if I don’t know my shape or length yet?
You can order a sizing kit first to try different options before committing to your full set.

How long does it take to make my order?
All sets are handmade in Dublin. Please allow 7–14 working days for production before dispatch.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on destination. Exact timeframes will be confirmed at checkout once shipping is fully set up.

Do you accept returns?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on press-on nails once they have been shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at mailto:chromeclaws@outlook.com and we will resolve it.

Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your set may already be in production.
